Policies:

Reservations & Payment

Rates are for double occupancy and do not include tax. A one-night room deposit will be charged to your account at the time of the reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Checks (if reservation is 3 weeks or more before arrival) and Paypal.

2 night minimum.

3 night, 3 room minimum on Holidays.

Gift Certificates available.

Cancellations

Although we understand changes in your plans may occur, we are a small, privately owned business, and cancellations impact us greatly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to re-book your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. If you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Or you may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date no refund is possible unless we are able to re-book your room. In that event your deposit will be refunded less the $25.00 cancellation fee. For guests flying into Turkey Mountain Airport, call for special pilot cancellation policy.

Check in time begins at 2:00 pm, unless prior arrangements are made.

We are a non-smoking facility

  • Any damage caused to the Lake House property, including furniture and fixtures, above normal wear, will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Swimming, fishing, hiking and use of our facilities in general are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
